In this episode we will learn to butterfly a chicken and in part two we will create Deviled Chicken with a delicious mustard sauce. I also explain how to sharpen a knife. The original recipe and my altered version will be posted on my blog this evening. Happy cooking!

Week 2, TOM soreness and the introduction of Crossfit are contraindicated! I made it through with the help of my friends Aleve and Ibuprofen. Life is good though and I'm stronger than I thought. Bring on the Fartlek.
