This week, we head to the nearby Scarborough Renaissance festival to enjoy the sights, food and entertainment. We take our camera along to show you how we ate safely on the diet, discovered something new and enjoyed some of the variety found at the faire.
We particularly enjoyed the mud pit with the Sturdy Beggars as well as the Burly Minstrel among other attractions.

This week, Tommy and Harry prepare some South Beach diet safe dishes for a potluck dinner. Harry makes zesty devilled eggs (recipe in separate post), and Tommy makes stuffed celery with lite pimiento cheese or fresh-ground peanut butter.
This week, the Two Fat Bears visit restaurant chain Carino's Italian Grill where they offer one South Beach friendly alternative to pasta-laden dinners. They also feature some products for cooking South Beach appropriate pasta at home along with other helpful tips for Phase 1 and 2 of the plan.
