I went ahead and did the sculpt 3-4 disk and it went really well. I am beginning to not only feel stronger but see some muscle definition. I also packed up a bunch of my larger sized clothes finally!

I plan to be much better about the updates and try to do two a week. That will help me stay focused a lot better I think. I am so happy right now. I didn't think I could do it and I did. Just finished a great run though it's still to late for me to be up. Relapsed on caffeine that triggered a low carb crap binge and a 1 pound weight gain. Now I'm in caffeine withdrawals and getting way too hungry at work. I never really ate the low carb junk food and after this week it is banned from my house.
