Kenol Kobil and national oil corporation have joined shell in reducing their fuel pump prices by 16 per cent. The companies retail outlets will retail pump prices at Sh 75 down from Sh90 a litre. The benefits of decline in fuel pump prices is however not going to be felt by commuters using public transport, as operators defy calls to pass on gains from the lower prices.
