Ok, so I guess I'm really good at going on trips and not giving a crap where we're going if I don't have to drive, lol! With the correction of somebody, this is the Sansa Odori Festival in Iwate Prefecture. I filmed it when I went on a 2 day bus ride with my Chinese friend to the nothern part of Japan/honshu. Luckily, it didn't rain cause it was pretty overcast.
